How it works
A ten-day rhythm that fills the open house
Every co-hosted open house follows the same production week, so videos are out early enough to build real interest.
Add the listing
Paste the MLS open-house email into your dashboard, or enter the listing yourself. When the MLS notice arrives, it is matched to your dashboard automatically.
Finish the checklist
Photos, shoot-day access instructions, seller consent and broker approval. The open house can’t go on the schedule until everything is in place — that is what keeps the shoot week on track.
Pick a Sunday at least 10 days out
Once submitted, your Sunday is reserved and the shoot goes on our production calendar. We set the exact Monday appointment, grouping nearby homes for the most efficient day.
Shoot Monday, edit Tuesday, post Wednesday
Short vertical videos of the home go live mid-week. Links to every post appear in your dashboard, along with the co-branded listing page and print-ready flyer.
Sunday: co-hosted open house
Visitors sign in on a phone or by QR code. A mortgage professional is on hand for financing questions.
Monday: know who is serious
Attendees get a short poll about their interest in the home. Ratings land on your dashboard so you can follow up with the hottest buyers first.
Questions agents ask
Why ten days?
The video needs Monday to shoot, Tuesday to edit and Wednesday to post, and the posts need a few days to build interest before Sunday. Ten days’ notice keeps that week reliable for every agent on the calendar.
Why aren’t dates spoken in the videos?
So the same video can promote your next open house too. Dates and times appear only as on-screen text that we update — the footage itself stays evergreen.
What happens to the videos afterwards?
After the open house they come down from social and are kept for any future open house on the same listing. Once the home is sold and closed, they are deleted.
Who gets the attendee information?
Visitors agree at sign-in that their details are shared with the listing agent and the co-host. You see them, and their poll answers, in your dashboard.
Do I still host my own open house?
Yes — it is your open house. The co-host is there alongside you to talk financing with buyers who want to.
What does my broker need to know?
Your broker should approve the co-hosted event and co-branded materials. The checklist asks you to confirm that before scheduling.
