These terms govern use of the AgentCentrics website and partner-agent dashboard.
Partner agents
Partner agents must hold an active real-estate license, list properties in their own name or with their broker’s approval, and obtain seller consent before any property is filmed or promoted. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of listing information they provide.
Open-house scheduling
Open houses in the video program are held on Sundays and must be scheduled at least ten days in advance. Appointments for video shoots are set by AgentCentrics and may be rescheduled for weather, access or capacity reasons.
Content
Videos and materials produced for a listing are used to promote that listing’s open houses. They are removed from social media after the open house, retained for future open houses on the same listing, and deleted after the property closes.
Attendee information
Attendee contact details are shared only where the attendee has agreed. Partner agents must use them in line with applicable law, including do-not-call and anti-spam rules.
